Returns

Return Policy

We are not able to accept returns on any mold. Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to resell them. All of our molds are brand new. The only exception is
 if the incorrect mold has been received.  Please contact us within 3 business days and we will advise on the next steps to ensure you receive the correct mold.

On the rare occassion we accept a return for 'other' circumstances, please be sure to email us directly at moldsnmore@gmail.com to request a return authorization so we know the package is on the way.  
There will be a 20% restock fee for any molds returned to us that were not sent in error.
 

If a mold arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with a photo for our records and insurance claim.  We will advise on the next steps to be taken to ensure you receive a replacement mold in a timely manner.
